Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · BidCheck is operated by rubytiger.io, a registered Canadian business (Ontario, Canada), operating as BidCheck.

The service

BidCheck analyzes procurement documents (RFPs) you upload against the company profile you provide, and produces go/no-go reports. Plans and pricing are listed on the pricing page; subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.

The important caveat — decision support, not advice

BidCheck reports are AI-generated decision support. They can contain errors, omissions, or misreadings of a document. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for reading the RFP. Bid decisions — and their outcomes — are yours alone. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidCheck's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and BidCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bids.

Your content

You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storing and processing them as described in the privacy policy). You confirm you are entitled to upload the documents you submit.
