What we collect
- Account data: your email address.
- Company profile data you enter (capabilities, certifications, and similar business information).
- Documents you upload for analysis and the reports generated from them.
- Usage data: analyses run, token counts, and basic logs needed to operate the service.
- Billing data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
- To provide the service: analyzing your documents against your profile.
- To bill subscriptions (via Stripe).
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, analysis results, account notices).
What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Use your documents to train AI models, or allow our AI provider to.
- Share your documents or reports with anyone except the subprocessors below.

Retention & deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. Delete individual RFPs anytime, or email us to delete your account — all data is removed within 7 days.
